Confident performance
  • The machine is constructed of four members of structural steel tubing and steel plate. The heavy-duty frame adds rigidity to the unit to help prolong the life of bearings and drum shafts.
  • The aggressive Vermeer flails ensure aeration and mixing. When properly aerated, the composting cycle is considerably shortened, and site throughput is increased.
  • A large-diameter drum allows more oxygen to infiltrate the windrow, and a long tongue and adjustable hitch allow for improved visibility and efficient operation.
Ease of maintenance
  • All grease points are accessible from the ground level.
Safety
  • Rubber containment curtains draped over the front and back help keep material in the windrow, reducing the quantity and distance of thrown objects.
