2024 Vermeer® Vacuum Excavators VX75

The Vermeer VX75 vacuum excavator is powerful and versatile, combining the best qualities of the previous McLaughlin and Vac-Tron trailer vac lines. It is specifically designed for utility work.

The newly designed VX75 vac has industry-leading performance in the 75-hp (56-kW) class with a 1,500-cfm (42 m3/min) blower and 8-gpm (34-L/min) water pump. This unit includes a dual cyclonic filtration and a two-micron poly filter. This unit also offers a full-function remote allowing the operator to control the vac remotely.

Features may include:

• Industry-leading performance in the 75-hp class with a 1,500-cfm (42-m3/min) blower and 8-gpm (34-L/min) water pump.

• The dual cyclonic filtration uses a tuned vortex system in which the outer vortex spiral forces small particles to fall into a separate canister.

• The full-function remote allows the operator to control the vac remotely. The remote control start and stop eliminates the need for an operator to manually start and stop the vac when managing drill fluid.

• The sewer jetter system turns your Vermeer vacuum system into a versatile jetter/vac combination unit. It is available with 18 gpm (68 L/min) at 2,000 psi (138 bar) with 500-ft (152-m) x .5 in (1.3 cm) jetter hose.

• 5-in (13-cm) diameter x 14-ft (4.3-m) reach. Exclusive telescoping boom maintains hose length during extension and incorporates a remote-controlled hydraulic valve for vacuum shut off.
