2024 Vermeer® Vacuum Excavators LP SGT

The LP SGT series is hand built from the ground up in the U.S. and offers a gas-powered, high cubic foot per minute performance at a great value.

The LP SGT trailer vac is manufactured on a durable, low-profile assembly. This unit provides the power of a 1,000-cfm (1,699-m3/hr) vacuum blower with the cost of a 38-hp (28.3 kW) EFI gas engine. This high-performance unit stands alone on price and comparison in the trailer vacuum market.

Features may include:

• The CVS filter housing has a .5 micron filtration that contains the four-way valve for reverse pressure and an oversized silencer for quiet operation. The silencer is located inside the 28-in (71-cm) diameter cyclone.

• Units are built from start to finish at our factory, including the trailer which consists of a sturdy I beam construction.

• The new side hose and tooling (SHT) package allows for 60 ft (18 m) of suction hose storage on a trailer-mounted unit. This option doubles the traditional 30-ft (9-m) hose storage.

• With 270-degree rotation, the strong arm supports the weight of the vacuum hose, and the roller head allows for ease of handling by allowing smooth, fluid movements and adjustments.

• The hydraulic boom offers a full six-way function, wireless remote with vacuum valve operation, 330-degree rotation, remote water jet for ease of cleanout and a 5-in (12.7-cm) hose with quick connect to 4-in (10.2-cm) tooling.

• The FlowMaster option can be used to hydraulically exercise water valves and hydrants, making sure they will work properly in times of need.
