2024 Vermeer® Vacuum Excavators HTV873 PTO

The HTV PTO series is a premier line of compact vacuum excavation trucks that provide the performance you need for the tough jobs.

The hydro truck vac (HTV) series is a PTO-driven system available on Ford chassis. The full line of HTV is available with an 800-gal (3,028.3-L) debris tank and 400 gal (1,514 L) of water. The PTO of the truck drives positive displacement vacuum blowers that produce 1,000 cfm (1699 m3/hr).

Features may include:

Cyclone four-way valve silencer (CVS) filtration system
  • The CVS filter housing has a .5 micron filtration that contains the four-way valve for reverse pressure and an oversized silencer for quiet operation. The silencer is located inside the 28-in (71-cm) diameter cyclone.
Rear hydraulic claw door
  • Rear hydraulic claw door has an over-center locking mechanism for a no-fuss positive lock and unlock.
Tool box
  • Two shelf storage boxes located on the driver's side to store jobsite tools.
Strong arm (option)
  • With 270-degree rotation, the strong arm supports the weight of the vacuum hose, and the roller head allows for ease of handling by allowing smooth, fluid movements and adjustments.
Hydraulic boom (option)
  • The hydraulic boom offers a full six-way function, wireless remote with vacuum valve operation, 330-degree rotation, remote water jet for ease of cleanout and a 5-in (12.7-cm) hose with quick connect to 4-in (10.2-cm) tooling.
PTO driven
  • All components are controlled from the truck, eliminating the extra weight, space and cost of the pony motor.
